Refund & Returns Policy

At Pharmacy4All.co.uk, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when and how you can return items and request a refund.


1. Prescription Medicines

    • Prescription-only medicines (POMs) cannot be returned or refunded once supplied, for safety and regulatory reasons.

    • Exceptions: If you receive the wrong item, the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or delivered in error, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.


2. Non-Prescription Items (OTC & Health Products)

    • Non-prescription items may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, provided they are:

      • Unopened

      • Unused

      • In their original packaging and resaleable condition

    • Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products) cannot be returned for health protection reasons unless faulty.


3. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

    • If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

    • We may request photographs to confirm the issue.

    • Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund (including any delivery costs).


4. Refund Process

    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of approval.

    • In the case of returns, we must first receive and inspect the items before processing your refund.


5. How to Return Items

    • Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
    • We will confirm return instructions, including the return address.
    • Pack the items securely, including original packaging and invoice.
    • Send via a tracked delivery service (we recommend keeping proof of postage).

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.


6. Exclusions from Returns

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

    • Prescription medicines

    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, supplements with short shelf life)

    • Opened personal care or hygiene items

    • Products specifically marked as “non-returnable” at purchase
