1. Prescription Medicines

Prescription-only medicines (POMs) cannot be returned or refunded once supplied, for safety and regulatory reasons.

Exceptions: If you receive the wrong item, the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or delivered in error, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

2. Non-Prescription Items (OTC & Health Products)

Non-prescription items may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, provided they are:

In their original packaging and resaleable condition

Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products) cannot be returned for health protection reasons unless faulty.

3. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request photographs to confirm the issue.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund (including any delivery costs).
