    • We deliver across the United Kingdom.

    • Currently, we do not ship to addresses outside the UK.


2. Processing Times

    • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

    • Orders placed before 2:00 PM are usually dispatched the same day.

    • Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be dispatched the next working day.


3. Delivery Options & Timeframes

    • Standard Delivery within 2–3 working days

    • All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no reference to contents for your privacy.


6. Prescription Medicines Delivery

    • Prescription orders will only be processed once a valid prescription has been received and verified.

    • Delays in receiving prescriptions may affect dispatch times.


7. Delivery Issues

    • If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please wait at least 5 working days before contacting us, as postal delays may occur.

8. Missed Deliveries

    • If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful, Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from your local sorting office.
