Sudocrem Antiseptic Healing Cream has been mum’s simple, effective ally for over 85 years and is great for soothing sore skin and treating nappy rash and has been proven to reduce nappy rash rapidly.

Sudocrem is clinically proven to soothe and heal your baby’s delicate skin and works in three simple ways: an emollient soothes sore or inflamed skin; its ingredients are recognised for their healing properties; and a mild local anaesthetic helps to ease pain and irritation.

What is nappy rash?

Nappy rash is one of the most common skin conditions in the early stages of a baby’s life. At some point in the first two years your baby will probably get it. Common causes of nappy rash are wee in contact with baby’s skin, friction caused by the nappy rubbing against your baby’s delicate skin, alcohol-based baby wiped, soap, detergent or bubble bath.

Nappy rash is an irritation of the skin caused by contact with wee and poo in a nappy. It starts with a slight reddening of the skin in the nappy area and can progress to soreness and discomfort.

Treating the signs of nappy rash

• Change your baby’s nappy every time it becomes wet or soiled to prevent prolonged contact with harsh chemicals

• Make sure your baby’s nappy fits well and is not chafing or rubbing

• Avoid using soaps, detergents or bubble bath that could irritate the affected area

• Ensure your baby’s skin is clean and dry

• Apply Sudocrem Antiseptic Healing Cream to soothe and heal skin
